HIIT has shown to be a consistently popular trend in the fitness community, and for good reason! You have endless options when deciding how to perform your HIIT training. To get you started, we would recommend 30:60 second intervals. This means you perform your high intensity training for 30 seconds and your low intensity training for 60 seconds. Continue this pattern for 10 rounds for a total of 15 minutes. HIIT will give you massive benefits throughout your session and long after to give superior calorie burning and fitness development.
